“I recently purchased a home in Landfall. Three weeks after moving in, a water pipe burst under the kitchen sink. Having no idea how to turn off the water to the house, Landfall security arrived and it took them approximately an hour to finally shut off the water. Needless to say, a great portion of the hardwood floors we’re under an inch of water.
The water was removed within hours and the moisture was removed in the following weeks. Now the process of restoration began. After several contractors attempted to repair the house, I hired Patrick to complete the job.
